I honestly want to be convinced about ecash; it makes sense to have as many arrows in the quiver as possible. n=1 here but I'm simply not convinced and there are some fairly rudimentary questions about usage that nobody seems to have a good answer to. There are some very narrow use cases, but it doesn't look like a viable scalable payment method to me. In remain interested though.

Yes - if you exclude NIP5 and use IP addresss to designate relays. Reticulum fixes IP reliance, but yet to be implemented by any clients.

Obvs ignore everybody who isn't part of the bitcoin-nostr in-crowd circle jerk.

Yo - got a higher-res copy of that pic by any chance?

Hey siri, who are the Khazarian Mafia?

Ok bro - then sounds like it could be POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome).

The tachycardia can manifest in higher cranial blood pressure, causing headaches.

I think the differential diagnosis would piviot on (1) Whether the symptoms started in temporal proximity to the vaxx; and (2) Whether you're also getting the headaches during the daytime, after a period of inactivity (sitting or laying down).

I think the next step would be to obtain a portable (wearable) blood pressure and heart rate monitor/recorder and collect some data for 72 hours or so. You should also keep a log of your activities (to the minute/second) while collecting data. If POTS is indicated then there are a few very effective options to resolve it. The first is LDN (low dose naltrexone) which has virtially zero side effects. The second is a course of Ivermectin - also zero sides. If you were to try these one at a time, it'll be easier to ascertain which works.

Thirdly, a Stellate ganglion block (SGB) procedure. There's a doctor in the US I can point you toward who's done hundreds of these, with an ultra high success rate and [up until now] patients reporting permanent resolution. He was on the McCullough Report podcast around autumn last year. (I can dig it out if you like). The FLCC Alliance (flccc.net) should also have resources on POTS.

Could be electrolyte balance [osmotic].

Try the effervescent tablets of different salts (normally fruit flavoured).

Epsom Salt baths before bed also help a lot for neuropathy related things.

Try also clearing your lymphatic and glymphatic systems. Saunas and specialist massages are great ways of doing this.

If you were vaxxed, the Spike Support formula available from The Wellness Company (Dr Peter McCullough) will likely help by neutralising Spike Protein. You can also make your own since it comprises widely available natural ingredients.
