What do you have planned for this fine Thursday?

Well my workout today consisted of planting and transplanting trees. Its still hot, in the upper 90's, but I want to get started on this early this fall. Hopefully the trees will have time to establish some roots before the onslaught of next summer. I love doing this kind of work, I've missed it. We went to buy 2 more Mexican white oaks, since those were some that survived the heat.

When I'm working outdoors, planting stuff, I forget about all the crap going on in the world. It's wonderful therapy, getting my hands in the dirt, sweating, and having hope that these little trees will one day provide shade and beauty. Maybe it will be the next generation that gets to fully enjoy them, but thats ok.
