When will our elites give up on #China?

“Global South”? Three of the original four #BRICS nations are in the northern hemisphere. The fourth—#Brazil—straddles the equator. Of the current nine members, only one—#SouthAfrica—is entirely below the equator.

#BRICS is another multilateral grouping that, in reality, accomplishes little. Its members are too diverse to agree on anything meaningful.
