tired. gone out after a week of covid.
the cold was relatively not so hard to overcome. had a single sleepless night. other than that, no serious problems.
i am 51 and this is my second time.

looks like the majority of neck pain is caused by the muscles. the joints are the carriers, but bad muscles are the cause.
