I had to pay a friend today, and opened up my banking app, apparently 2 days prior they pushed live an update and it cooked my app

I deleted the banking app and when I tried to login, they wouldn't accept my current card, because the banking profile was setup with a card I had 12 years ago

So they managed to "restore" my profile using my new card as the primary identifier, but this is a credit card, and now they can't link my chequing or savings account and I have to go into a branch tomorrow

I can't make any online payments, I can't do shit lol

I have no idea how people can defend this system as the best we've got, if the person i had to pay wasn't a fat fiat moron I could have paid him sats and moved on with my life
