Everyday, on my lunch break, I come to this alley and sit on a bench and meditate. I focus on peace and gratitude and practice feeling those things. Actually feeling it. It’s helped me a lot this year.

I would like to encourage more thought and discussion around more podcasting apps integrating Nostr. From my singular perspective and experience I have really enjoyed going back and forth on fountain and primal. Also, Considering that many V4V musicians are using it, Open Mike is into it for live events, I think it makes sense for the apps to go where the artists are.
