NIP-50 is a proposal for adding keyword filters to nostr relays https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/175 This would make client search much easier to implement and make content in nostr more discoverable. I think it's important that clients start experimenting with this.

No problem, you have to set this HTTP header https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Access-Control-Allow-Origin to `*`
cool thing about nostr is that reactions can have arbitrary content. Standard are + and - but Damus uses 🤙. Normally clients will show ♥️ but you can react with any emoji.
atm we support YouTube but can always add more like Tidal in the future, we'll be listening and add what our users want.
