We spoke about stress and how it hides behind smiles. We named rejection for what it really is, heavy, personal and often invisible. Been strong doesnt mean never breaking down. There were laughter, quiet moments and mostly understanding.This wasnt therapy, it was community and sometimes thats enough to shift something inside.
