- Add validation for 6 new event kinds (40000-40003, 34235, 34236)

- Implement SHA-256 hash verification for Subresource Integrity

- Add relay-focused validation (security-critical checks only)

- Add comprehensive test suite with 27 tests and improved UX

- Update relay metadata to advertise NIP-YY support

- Bump version to 1.3.4
