RIP Testnet3, it was fun while it lasted (and it lasted 2.7 million blocks!)
Spending sats after a long day of work. So satisfying. It’s a privilege to live in a circular Bitcoin economy
My guess, if you have a few clients paying you to make a transaction, the marginal cost of adding other transactions to that batch is very low. If you’re already consuming an input, each additional output is just a few bytes
Vancouver’s Halving Party was amazing, largest ticketed Bitcoin-only event I’ve ever had the chance of attending outside of El Salvador! About 120 people showed, and maybe ~half didn’t have a Lightning wallet when they arrived, so we had to get them set up, sell them their first sats and walk them through their first transaction. Totally worth it, and I believe we significantly grew our circular economy tonight.
Ready for more brrrrrr? Join me for a Cold Plunge on Wednesday, April 24 from 7pm. Only $25 per person and slot (two cycles, 1h). Payable only with sats! Only 20 slots available!

I’ve never come across an Octopus this big. Also surprised I got to it before the birds did
Concluded an awesome Plebwalk today with five fellow members of the Vancouver Bitcoin community. We went to seven local merchants, walked almost 5km and ended up at one of Vancouver’s great music bars, with a legendary Honky Tonk vibe that (tonight) beat that of some Nashville places I visited. Not a single fiat transaction was made. Even the band got their tip in sats!

Avoid the shift to daylight savings time by going on a trip at the right time
The UI also never learned about the incoming payment, it only shows the outgoing sat. The balance is correct though
It said “token invalid or already spent” but I nonetheless have a 1 sat balance with that mint now
All are welcome to our upcoming Vancouver BitDevs, Tuesday March 26th from 7pm at the Creekside Community Centre!

That planes have ash treys is indeed another cool fact! But it makes sense to me. This was on a 777-300 ER, but I doubt it was built/designed before smoking was banned on planes, which would have been around the 80s?
What does it mean when the smoking sign turns green in an airplane?
I wasnt able to with the link you posted (I posted the error message above) but I saw you uploaded a new build and that worked.
