Mike Adams interviews Mellow Kat. I found it an enjoyable and interesting interview, so thought I would pass it along.
Both used to be Democrats and left the Party when it went off the reservation. They talk about things like how what the Democrats were the supporters are 10 years ago, now the same people are advocating the exact opposite. Which leads into discussion about the level of programming and mind-control people are apparently undergoing. It's almost like the agencies are experimenting and testing just how much they can change what people think and believe just over a short period of time. They also delve into the notion that people who are getting sick from 'C19' and 'Measles' and 'Bird Flu' are actually being poisoned--poisoned by the foods we are eating, by what they are being shot with, by the daily spraying above our heads, and other such vectors.
Anyone else notice an agenda of manipulation in the works? Why aren't the women pissed off about this? Is it against the girl code? If you are not black, you don't have a chance to win. Why even run?
Check this out. Starting in 1960 they ended every broadcasting day with the national anthem, and they played out the words of the anthem on the screen during it. But, when the text is slowed way down, we can see they hid messages.
This was put on TV every day for a decade. They also set the flicker rate to the same frequency as the brain's Alpha-wave state, which is the hypnotic brain state.

I used Brave's AI to help fact check some of these claims. The Khazar were shamanistic, they worshiped the sky, fire, water, and the moon, and wore sun medallions. With those facts and what Preston James, Ph.D speaks about in the video, the core problem seems to stem from the Rothschild family. That might be the source of so much of the dark subverting and global manipulations. However, Preston seems to imply the Rothschild family were from Khazar, but the AI says they are Ashkenazi from out of the Roman Empire. That's not to say they didn't gain control of the Khazarian Mafia, though.
