I am not a lawyer and cannot offer legal advice, but the bill reads as if you would only need to act if a Utah user creates an account with an app store. Because Nostr is decentralized, the user is not actually creating an account with Zapstore. So I would think the bill does not apply to you. The bill will go into effect May 7, 2025. It has been 15 long months and at last I can sleep in my own bed again. I bought a Boring Mattress https://www.boring.co/. My first impression is that it is great. Better than expected. This is driving me crazy. I have been shopping for a new bed for months. What seems like all foam and hybrid mattresses recommend a Foundation or Platform that has solid slates spread no further than 3 inches apart. Almost all of them have slates 4-5 inches apart. Regardless of them being wood or metal. What sort of tomfoolery is this?
