Hi, I'm realistic painter. I started with drawing, then I dove into oils. I always wanted to try collaborate with someone on book. For book I would use watercolor or pencils or charcoal. What is your idea?

I have experience with animals, nature in general, figures and buildings a little bit.

Now I'm trying make living by art so I could have focus on that full time. What is your schedule?

It's my absolutely the favorite 🙌

Cello harmony in the forest, 65x59cm, oil on linen canvas

Inspired by Raphael Weinroth-Browne's music

Thank you for that comment. This is exactly what I'm focusing last time on. I love realistic paintings but at the same time I adore tonalism and when it looks like painting still. It can be tricky when it's photo then people don't see brush strokes so much so they think it's a photo or very close to photo. It's just a journey ☺️

My the most favorite style is from Danish painters or Hudson River School paintings but there is still long way to go for me☺️.

Sun tones, oil on canvas, 70x65cm

Replying to Avatar Newton

Thank you, nostr:nprofile1qqsgrrrazv45r0mr3r34hqwlnvwss4rt524w22dkhphps9sq7day4ecpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctv9uq3ww0n. I see her here in this frame. Long haired, wearing a long gown. She looks strait to the spectator of the artwork. She is fully in dark tones. Sage gold her left hand on her chest.

Wow, I must say it sounds a little bit creepy 🙈😃, nice description of that creature of stones ☺️

If you see woman, let it be. It wasn't my intention but still it can be there painted by nature itself 🙂

I'm happy for each of you who loved my latest painting, so I'm adding next to the delight of your day.

Forest River, 105x85cm, oil on canvas.

Place is from Jizera Mountains in Czech Republic 🙂

Thank you! I'm happy that it brightened someone's day 😌

Winter Twilight, oil on canvas, 30x40cm

What do you feel? Are you aware of it? Have you ever noticed it? And do you even know the difference between thinking and feeling?

Today, we understand that there is a close connection between our mind and our health. We have so much information about ourselves (even though it often feels like we still don't know enough), but we can’t seem to evaluate it effectively. This is because we lack emotional intelligence.

Most of us never had a subject like emotional intelligence in school. Although people started researching it in the 1980s, after all these years, no one has fought hard enough to make it part of the curriculum. I no longer ask why, as that doesn’t solve anything. Instead, I ask what we can do today to become more aware of our feelings, to recognize when something is off, and to detect when things are out of balance—leading us to feel stuck in life.

I believe that everyone wants to grow, but without acknowledging our feelings, it’s impossible to reach our full potential.

We often talk about science, data, and facts, but these alone aren’t enough for a happy life. We lose our balance while trying to gather all the data to maximize efficiency in our jobs, and we don’t notice that we’ve silently disconnected from ourselves.

We devalue our feelings because we don’t have formal education on them. We dismiss our intuition because people around us laugh when we say, “I don’t know, but I feel it’s right.” We don’t even understand what intuition is or how to use it.

We’ve adopted the mindset of our ancestors, who had to suppress their feelings to survive. But have they ever escaped survival mode? Have they ever truly lived?

Painting is one way to quiet the mind. It allows you to observe both what the paints create and how your mind and gut react to the movements that form the image on the canvas.

I paint what I see around me and what I think we often overlook. Some aspects of nature are disappearing before our eyes, and instead of caring for what’s left, we sink into depressive states, deciding we are hopeless. This creates a destructive environment in our bodies, which we then pass on to others.

So, I ask: what can you do today to start recognizing your feelings?

The Power of the Present Moment

I cannot control what will happen when and how. But I can influence what I do with the time I have. And it seems so little. But is it just an illusion?

What brings you back to the present? When you don't dwell on the past and don't worry about what you have to do or what lies ahead?

When do you realize the seconds you're experiencing now?

What's beautiful about them? And that now is the moment when you see a beautiful horizon, rain falling to the ground, the sun setting, and the emerging night?

I deliberately choose those moments that most people see as ruining their lives. Why? Because there is so much beauty in it. These moments that often disrupt our perfect plans for "free" time, and suddenly we're angry that we can't go anywhere.

Isn't it just our minds programming us to see something wrong with not being able to use the moment for ourselves as we wanted?

And why can't we look at it differently? That it's an opportunity, a chance to boldly inhale fresh air after the rain, observe a different spectrum of colors than the ones we see in sunny weather.

Listen to the silence, and maybe just the fleeting rustling of trees when no one is outside and it's quiet.

Let the silence, which we so often avoid, have its effect on us.

I often think about this when I paint, how many emotions, how many beautiful experiences we avoid just because of some beliefs.

And the magical moments, full of otherworldly atmosphere, which often form fairy tales and movies, I paint onto the canvas with joy and bliss.

Because they belong to life and have an equally significant place on this amazingly diverse earth. Which always balances all processes.

Tina Turner @tinaturner , ready for @open_art_fest in Prague next weekend 🙌 yay!

I could comment it, I could be nostalgic and sentimental and I'm for sure, but not here. Cause everything was said by herself, her life, her story. I'm super happy I painted her, it was a beautiful journey ❤️🤍💛
