@ is very focused on social use case. Nostr has more breadth. I think they can interop, but competition is great.

I was. Still am in different ways.

I get up at first light, surf, catch up on what happened during eve, eat, read/write, meetings, sunset surf, more read/write, sleep when exhausted. Hasn’t changed much at all.
