Ummm my Twitter acount signed me out, obviously I cant remember my password or the phone number I used when I created the account.

So I am at a crossroad, go through the steps to get it back (this thought brings me anxiety) or to do what I did when Facebook kicked me off and just let that account go into the abyss.
