Try this then. Go to lnwallet.app and click create wallet. On the next screen, click the Copy button.
Go into Primal wallet settings and turn off the internal wallet. It will then give you the option to link an external wallet. Choose that, and paste the connection string you copied earlier.
That connection string from the wallet will work in any NWC compatible nostr client which is just about all of them. Just look for the Nostr Wallet Connect (NWC) option in your nostr client. You can even link it with a GetAlby account and the Alby Browser extension and the new AlbyGo mobile app.

Your nostr client will have a spot in your profile settings where you can enter a lightning address. It looks like an email address. That's all you have to do. Copy the lightning address from the wallet and you'll be ready to get zapped.
You'll usually have another setting called Zap where you can enter the NWC connection string (the Copy button). That's how you can then zap other people.
