4. Dont buy/support industrial animal agriculture
5. Healthy hobbies in nature
6. No TV or MSM news
7. Pre 2000 all mechanical 4wD
8. Don't participate in politics
9. Keep learning and building
10. Stay humble, stack sats

Was thinking on this the other day. I only work 10 hours a week for fiat, I surf a lot more, gardening and building a little off-grid cabin. It's actually the lack of feelings I enjoy. Very stable emotional levels at all times. I'm mid 40s after a 20+ year career so life experience plays a role in being able to disconnect too. Not much you really need. Solving the money problem also helps 🤙🏼
Exit the fiat drama platforms. You're likely overestimating how much effect you're going to have orange pilling strangers deep in the fiat system. Balance that against the stress free health benefits of not engaging. To not engage in the fiat drama is the best action most can achieve.

I never got into Twitter. I didn't understand who I was writing for. With nostr, with my own keys and my own speach, I write for the pleasure of writing and giving form to ideas. Occasionally I'll get a zap and that's cool but having a space to think and experiment that is yours forever is its own reward.
A month ago I deleted all of the 'valuable' big technology companies from my life and absolutely nothing changed for the worse. The value is only in farming your attention to sell you shit.
