In theory 0% inflation must be best since inflation means a general rise in prices. Most would agree 4% inflation is better than 8%. Therefore... is 2% inflation better than 4%, is 1% better than 2%, is 1/2 % better than 1%? Is 1/4 % better than 1/2 %? And so on...
