The government has privatised everything down through the decades, from telecoms to energy to television and radio.
Sooner or later they will look to privatise money and that will be #bitcoins moment.
Bitcoin was created by the private sector. It is not a government public sector initiative. Eventually governments around the world will decide to leave money to the private sector, just like they do with everything else.
