`git fsck --lost-found` probably still has your files as `git show`-able blob objects, potentially in a haystack of other old, dangling objects. Tedious to recover, but they're probably there. 🤷♂️

Also, if you *press and hold* the "123" key, which switches to the punctuation keyboard, you can drag your finger over the period or comma, and when you release, it'll insert the punctuation and automagically return to the alphabet keyboard.
If you type two spaces, iOS will replace the two spaces with a period followed by a space. (In a typical text field. Hopefully that isn't an option I set long ago and forgot wasn't a default.)

I imagine dating is simply tough from everyone's perspective (except the guys on Oahu?). Even the really beautiful women I meet here in Chicago, the ones I would assume have the world beating down their door, say the same thing: there are plenty of people to meet, but it's hard to find your person.
