It's interesting how many people don't care about their firmware and BIOS, most think about running Linux as enough for good privacy and security. But it's not only about that. Coreboot also offers better battery life and many customization and deactivation of hardware parts like bt and WiFi, cameras and ports.

Running coreboot, libreboot or stock bios?

Dasharo is my favorite implementation of coreboot so far, but I need to try libreboot.

Bisq needs to fix this urgent, when you open the programm latest version, check your pi-hole or adguard-home and you will see many .onion requests. That's a disaster for privacy.

Why not graphene?

I always think it's getting better, with bitcoin, the Foss world and nostr. But sometimes I think it will be for the nerds only. Because it takes a lot of effort to understand why to use those tools. Or maybe with economic bonance it will give people much more time to think and study, there are many factors. Sometimes it's better to just do what we can and leave to God the rest.

It's funny how Debian is considered conservative and very slow on updates in the Linux world but running kernel 6.01 LTS and graphene considered the vanguard of AOSP running kernel 5.15.
