This forced turnover of personal wealth constitutes some of the gold supposedly housed at Fort Knox.

Voting can be simple. 24 hr process with domestic and international observers making sure every Citizen is identified and taking separate record as the votes are tallied and recorded.
If a person is not able to make it to a voting location; there are reasons.
El Salvador’s voting process was so transparent and clean. International observers, the Tribunal, Press & party affiliates were present from beginning to very end.
