Beautiful, local, low intervention orange wine. A orange lining of visiting the homelands 🇨🇦. This one just so happened to be made partially in my favourite style of clay fermentation and aging. Ancient knowledge lives on.

Bought some eggs on-chain last week for the first time. Payed $4 in fees. Asked the farmer to send a lightning address next time.

That inspired him to figure out a lightning wallet so this week I’m paying via lightning for eggs and breakfast sausage. 👌

We’re known for our Pinot Noir but also make a Merlot and Cab Franc for reds. Chardonnay, Rose and Sparkling along with a couple blends.

They were difficult for me. I started on the Lion diet and no alcohol. Just water, beef and salt for seasoning. It was too strict so I transitioned to carnivore on the 6th or 7th day. Introducing all meats and eggs and cheese and most seasonings.

It’s been a little over a month for me now. I started feeling positive effects 5 days into it. More energy. Started loosing some fat stubborn fat that wasn’t going away with exercise. I drink a little wine on Friday night which is cheating a little but it’s all up to the individual how strict you want to be. My head also feels really clear. No afternoon fogginess ya know.
