To the best of my knowledge, there is no official way to get an APK. The only way would be to use one of the APK websites to snag it, but the question remains to the validity of the APK.

This jump is a result of a staking project that is using on chain bitcoin. Supposedly shitcoiners are doing anything to get their hands in the pot. But there is only limited availability and someone wrote it will only last few blocks.
Unless something comes out of left field, this should normalize in a few hours.

Set a reminder to check it every week. If you have mempool installed on it, that is the easiest way since you can remotely connect to it.
