I need to VENT! Mailchimp is asking we find a new vendor for the Blockhunters account . This happened AFTER I sunk hours into learning how it works, writing and designing email updates and a welcome series plus transactional emails for our customers
Why?
The word " #bitocin " was detected by the automated abuse detection system and even after appealing and asking a human to review that we are indeed not a cryptocurrency, our product is a physical board game and STEM authenticated low key educational tool . Everyone who subscribed already is already a bitcoiner
They still said NO! I won't say it's devastating, but I did waste most of my week on this 😭😭😭
How does one even participate in email marketing if the product has "Bitcoin" in it!? I get bitcoin emails all the time ?
Mostly I'm just sad that our beautiful wonderful little project is getting classified as "crypto spam" 😤 and no one understands how wrong that is
