fear of heights is actually a fear of falling and hitting the ground and hurting yourself...when you're at 15,000 ft and you stand in the doorway of a plane, your brain can't process hitting the ground, it's too far away. i'm not kidding!! that's why i mentioned my instructor with a fear of heights yet all those jumps.
plus your mind is so busy with all the training and the excitement, things usually go just fine! plus if you change your mind they don't push you out of the plane lmfao
