Are you using primal wallet? Then it's maintained by strike. They probably can move 1btc but will they let you is an onter question.

Then I don't know how you can check. (Or you can check by sending 1btc from an other lightning wallet)

If you run your own lightning node then it depends on your channels and on whether there's a route between the payer and the payee with a 1BTC capacity.
