It’s important to keep our inner space clean and tidy. Avoid contamination. Never pay attention to gossip. Never contaminate your mind and others’. If you are the one spoiling other minds and detaching them from the Guru principle, you have to pay the price for their downfall in frequency too.
If criticism, judgment and character assassination are about one’s guru because of some disappointment in expectations, it will completely destroy the Guru principle within. It will contaminate and sever the connection to consciousness and the Guru principle. This is why Lord Shiva told Mother Parvati in Guru Gita that if a disciple talks badly about deities, it can be solved by one’s Guru. If the Guru is disrespected or scandalized, even Shiva and Vishnu won’t be able to help them. They will doom themselves to repeated births and deaths innumerable times in the lowest of consciousness. They will take birth in such wombs.

When we embody kindness, compassion, nonviolence, unconditional love, selflessness, and pure intentions, our frequency rises. The mind stabilizes, higher states of witness-hood emerge, and connections with higher beings and Masters occur naturally. Chakras open fully, and life blossoms.
Hate none. Judge none. Criticize none. Gossip about none. Degrade none. Minimize none. Condemn none. Character assassinate none. Shed no blood. Kill no being. No jealousy. No revenge.
Love everyone. Serve everyone.
Always remember, destiny records all thoughts, words and actions and gives appropriate results to everyone always.
Just accept. Just witness. Just respect.
Respect yourself and respect all lives around you.
Existence is bound by frequencies. Our thoughts, words and actions determine our operating frequency.
When we display kindness, compassion, nonviolence, unconditional love, selflessness and pure intentions, our operating frequency rises. The ability to go into higher states of witness-hood happens spontaneously.
