We go through many situations in life—some 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠, and some 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠. Maturity is reflected in how we handle each situation.⁣

If we respond emotionally, it will leave behind a 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐬. But if we handle situations 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲, 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐥𝐲, we will remain guilt-free and energetic.⁣

This is the free will we have. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥.

This is a very short life. Our story will end sooner or later. How many days, events, meetings and partings? We do not know. Where will time and destiny carry us, which terrains, situations, and experiences? We do not know. Our reality is the NOW. Nothing else.

When 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐞. Similarly, when a man becomes consumed by concepts and ideologies, he isolates himself and becomes an island.⁣⁣

A 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭-𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧, 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 is a self-created prison. Like a caged bird that loses its spontaneity to handle life in free nature, man too clings to the comfort of his self-made prison, believing it to be safety. 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫.⁣⁣

Such men merely ‘exist’ but never truly ‘live.’ This is the condition of many modern men, who behave like individual islands. They like you if you endorse their views and reject or disown you if you think differently. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

We, as a society, are often eager to place every child into definable frames—professions, positions, possessions, and so much more. We label people as engineers, doctors, scientists, bankers, or artists. But in reality, 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠—a doctor, a banker, an engineer, a scientist, and a creative being in our own unique way.⁣

Society fails to see this diversity within each individual. Instead, it takes the easy route of 𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬. If someone dares to break free and embrace their originality, they are ridiculed, criticized, warned of consequences, or even defamed.⁣

History has shown us this—scientists and philosophers were persecuted for truths like ‘𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝’ 𝐨𝐫 ‘𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞.’⁣

Until the world learns to appreciate that 𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞.

Bad decisions often give rise to good experiences. Some of the most memorable moments in life stem from bad decisions or missed opportunities. These experiences, in turn, lead to better decisions.⁣

There is no impossibility in life, except something you never started. Until you start it, it will remain impossible for you.

Real victory is through actions and not through arguments. Legends dared to do what they believed in. Cowards always argued and wasted time.

We make mistakes in life. It’s only human to err. When we are afraid of mistakes, we end up doing nothing in life.
