New hockey practice facilities coming to Sandy
🏒 Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) has acquired The Shops at South Town in Sandy, Utah, which will host a state-of-the-art practice facility for the Utah Hockey Club, set to be completed in 2025.
⛸️ The facility will feature at least two NHL-standard ice surfaces and will also be available for community use, including youth and amateur hockey activities.
🏦 SEG's acquisition aims to enhance its real estate presence and public offerings, with support from the City of Sandy, and a ceremonial groundbreaking event is scheduled for August 12.
