the trick will be to get some of the others out of the client. it doesn't seem to want to delete, and i'm leery of editing the text files, because it tends to explode, but i might be trying that tomorrow. will study the syntax of the edits i did in the thing and then see what to monkey about with

-I'm still trying to figure out how to turn off the firehose
-Find my friends without knowing their images
-Replicate that process for 360 or so people

I was clamouring for something desktop useable, i really dont like driving intensive data stuff through firefox.

okay so until I either a become a java programmer, (which won't be happening), or somehow I'm told what the bug is that won't let me run more-speech with my current npub and priv key, but works just fine with the one it generates itself, I'm going to have to ugh, I don't want to put time into configuring an application I'm not logged into as myself and start over.
