These agencies must provide voter registration forms alongside application papers. Without a federal law requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration forms, migrants simply claim to be U.S. citizens to register to vote, bypassing the official ban on non-citizens voting.

"Both of these voters were registered voters in Hamilton County. We received two new registration forms submitted by Black Fork Strategies in the name of both of these voters, which would update and change their voting address. That change was completed by our staff, and under Ohio law, an acknowledgement notice was mailed to the voter at the new address that was listed."

new poll from Scott Rasmussen's RMG Research shows Vice President Kamala Harris leading former President Trump by 5 points nationally 47% to 42%.
Independent Presidential Candidate Robert Kennedy, Jr. received 6% in the poll, which was released on Friday.
The survey was conducted with 3,000 registered voters from July 29-31.
"We don't know yet if this is a temporary bounce or the first indicator of lasting change in the race," Rasmussen wrote Friday on X.
"A week ago, it was a toss-up (Trump 44% Harris 43%)," he added.
