Bradley Miller, a former U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, agreed. In October 2021, he was relieved of his battalion command within the 101st Airborne Division for refusing the COVID shot after 19 years of service.
“The memo explicitly states that the offer of reinstatement with back pay only applies to those who were involuntarily separated,” he also noted. “This process for reinstatement does not offer back pay to the much larger group that was so-called voluntarily separated.”
The word “voluntary” is “problematic” for both Frankman and Miller. “For those who left the military over the COVID-19 shot mandate, did they really leave voluntarily?” Miller offered. “No, I think the argument can be made that they too were forced out.”
Some estimate there could be tens of thousands of service members who were coerced and threatened with dishonorable discharge, court martial, removal of benefits, demotion, and more.
“So did they leave service voluntarily?” NO
“While the current plan does have some remedies, which include reinstatement and back pay for those who were involuntarily separated, this only applies to a very small group of people,” Miller argued. “There’s a group that is at least 10 times that size of those who were ‘voluntarily separated’ that have not been offered an appropriate remedy,” he asserted.
“And what about service members who were harmed by the shot and are no longer medically fit to carry out their military responsibilities?”
In Frankman’s opinion, “The Department of Defense (DOD) must address the many service members who were medically injured from the COVID shot by providing payments and medical coverage for life.”

The federal whistleblower protection agency has concluded the IRS wrongly retaliated against two agents who blew the whistle on political interference in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation and may have violated federal law by trying to gag the agents from disclosing wrongdoing, according to correspondence to Congress made public Wednesday.
The Empower Oversight whistleblower center, which represented one of the agents, Gary Shapley, disclosed the findings of the Office of Special Counsel in a letter sent to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

Colorado Senate Republicans labeled Senate Bill 3 “one of the Most EXTREME Gun CONTROL bills in Colorado’s history.”
“If passed, SB-003 will BAN the sale of the MAJORITY of guns in our state,” a statement from the Republicans said.
The bill would prohibit the purchase, manufacturing, distributing, or transferring of a semiautomatic rifle or semiautomatic shotgun with a DETACHABLE magazine.
Democrats introduced the bill on the first day of legislative session and it has received support since then, with 17 of the state’s 35 senators already joining in sponsoring the bill.
With Democrats HOLDING a trifecta in the state, it is likely that Republicans won’t be Able to STOP the passage of the bill, which would take effect Sept. 1, 2025.

Environmental groups have criticized the plant after rays from its mirrors have been linked KILLING Thousands of birds.
Environmentalists from the Western Watersheds Project organization were against construction of the plant due to its impact on desert tortoise.
Environmental groups are advocating for the CANCELLATION of a separate planned solar project in the Mojave Desert.

“We’re really lucky because we’re getting the grants,” Burnside said. “Outright buying electric instead of diesel would be unfeasible if had to come out of my budget.”
Depending on the options, the electric buses range from $389,000 to $455,000 each. A standard diesel bus costs $150,000 to $185,000.
RWC Group took the lead in submitting federal and state grant requests for 33 buses for a group of rural districts in order to meet the 15-bus minimum required by the grant.
