Our relationship is officially over. I understand that you are a work in progress, but what I got for my money was an unsatisfying experience and frustration for feeling stuck with a 7 model when out there is a twin apparently doing everything better. How could I try to sell this phone to someone else when I know this would be the poor option? You see, this means being honest with your customers. Because people not only invested 500 euros in your product, but put trust and had high hopes and everything went straight into the ground. I will not venture to discuss company politics about repair, upgrade and lack of customer service cause I guess you think you are too big to worry about these. You feel on top of the wave and expect people to just follow through on this Android experience but I guess moving too fast makes you lose contact with the ground level.

The fact that you released 6 models in one year tells me a lot about the commitment you have towards each one of them. I tend to develop a special relation with every gadget because that is the only way it can become an extension of me. I love and cherish my phones for everything they bring into my life and tend to keep them for long periods of time. And even though I have such wonderful memories with your 4a model, I realize that, based on your choices, there is little we still have in common. In a way I am grateful for this disappointment because it made me understand how little I actually need to be happy. Thank you for YouTube and for developing Android for the east hardware masters, but I think a time comes when one must stop and reflect.
