Once upon of time in US- teaching children violence through the stories we tell but jailing them when they reproduce what they hear.
It is absurd when you make rules that "protect freedom of speech" that punish people's freedom of speech against other people's freedom of speech. Plus, until 27 years old children don't reason their language, they just talk their emotions. It is not a fair thing to do in general and mostly because it is also political and it is about US again indirectly provoking the other big guys. It is just a lame politics. Weather we should talk hateful or loving to each other, that is another topic and I don't think we stand pretty well at this topic everywhere with all this shit happening in the world. Jailing is an abuse against people that empowers fear.

Where is the democratic freedom of being wrong and stupid? No previous records, just a reckless young person. Now we are sending children to jail for words they say? In Bhagavad Gita it is mentioned how the "Knowingness is composed of three elements- the knower - the act of knowing ( seen here as the tool) - the object that is being known.
Each stands and opperates autonomously since this is how a 3 dimensional system is possible.
Here, 2500 years later, the tools have become more intelligent and complex than the knower and the nature of reality. This is not a simulation. It is just the holographic dimension of our psyche pouring itself into our reason in order to integrate and adapt, at a cognitive level.
The thing with scientific understanding is that we look at things in the frame of cause and effect. And treating the emergence that interacts with the world and is apparent, as separate from the phenomenon. This is where our understanding is limited by the tool doing the measurements.
