Interested in most matters. Bored by some. I will listen to and evaluate the craziest ideas and theories. Since we are running out of conspiracy theories that do not turn out to be true, I’m always open to hear about new ones. I believe in the importance of fitness, carnivore / carnivore based diet, intermittent fasting. I peacefully defend our rich Western culture with vigor and pride at all times. Disclaimer: I don’t hate anyone. I believe in compassion and respect and letting others live their lives as they wish. While I may mildly dislike certain people and actively avoid others, hatred is an entirely different ballgame—one I choose never to participate in. I don’t wish harm on anyone. That said, I reserve the freedom to choose what I think and say, always ensuring it doesn’t infringe on the freedom of others. I also reserve the right to decide with whom I spend my time, energy, and resources.

Luckily, few need to worry about the risks of doing too much exercise, especially in a world glued to computer screens and video games.

The supposed dangers of logging over 3,000 MET-minutes per week apply to a tiny group: elite athletes, military trainees, and serious endurance junkies.

For everyone else?

The real danger is not moving enough.

Keep exercising. You’re not overdoing it, you’re barely scratching the surface.

What baffles me most is that for most people being against one side automatically has to mean being pro the other side. This kind of binary thinking is growing like a cancer. As if we were talking sports teams we are supporting, in this case not even through tickets and merch but through memes. Honestly, I have no love for either side and I want both out of the West and us out of their territories. Once they are out of where they don’t belong which is here, I wish them all the best and a long and prosperous life. Live and let live. They can visit, we can visit, we can trade, maybe we can learn from each other, enjoy each other’s food and what have you but our culture stays where it is, as it is, thank you very much.

Boy the 🧃got #elon by the balls good huh

Yes, if timing didn’t matter. But it does.

This mission took over a year to execute and was already a year too late. Whatever tactical success it may represent, its strategic timing couldn’t be worse. Any hopes of renewed peace talks just got buried under the blasts.

Some will cheer. Others will posture. But history doesn’t care about theatrics. It cares about consequences.

Tactical brilliance and an immense spectacle obscuring an utterly foolish strategy. This is the beginning folks, and I wonder if this isn’t exactly what they were after.

Agreed. Grief, however, arguably the worst form of suffering, is a tough nut to crack.
