And if they don't... how will the rule be enforced?
The point of Bitcoin is to transfer something of value to someone else
We are just using a different form of barter
This is why Bitcoin will be so successful in peer-to-peer transactions
If you own non-KYC Bitcoin, nobody can stop you from transacting
Important note: self-custody and self-custody transactions are outside the scope of these regulations
