Women in the Western world have recently had less children because the likelihood of a child reaching adulthood is far higher.
So having 1 or 2 and devoting oneself to these in education improved the chance of successful adulthood.
In a society where death is more normal, it would be likely that the birth rate would again increase to compensate.
That might make a smooth transition.
I think there is a difference for Israel, in that it’s own people have fought for liberty, the right to live, and human rights much like the US.
Also there are also pre-existing security arrangements in place.

1. Think whether what they are saying is positive or negative for life - life is the standard.
2. Whether their core beliefs are pro-Individualist (self reliance, personal choice, freedom of expression) or Collectivist (central planning, dependence, censorship).
Why support Israel? What values do they uphold?

So the reason to support Israel is because it respects individual human rights including property ownership and right to life, aligning with civilized individualist nations.

Depends on threat to society, whether armed conflict or famine needing men to farm. Humans have evolved to have about balance in male/female reproduction, believe normal population births are 51% men and 49% women.
Of course, it takes only a few men to continue the population however this ratio probably serves the purpose noting men are likely to die early defending or working the fields.
Conclusion: both are important observing natural reproduction ratios but in a benign period of no war or famine, suggest women are more important because the men are not dying early.
