I make a body butter with half organic leaf lard and half wagyu beef tallow. I blend in some sea buckthorn oil and some borage oil and a few essential oils for scent. It is more luxurious and doesn't have any of the toxic chemicals that are in most store bought lotions.

I started looking for more natural products when I got put on a progesterone cream because my body wasn't producing progesterone (or only a tiny amount). It made me realize how the skin absorbs everything put on it. I now try to avoid anything that isn't food grade on my skin. I haven't 100% gotten there, but I'm fairly close.

Government indoctrination centers aka public schools.

People that are emotionally swayed and that can't defend themselves physically, emotionally, or intellectually are easy to control.

I do like my coffee, but I only drink decaff. I know that, if I regularly drink caffeinated drinks, I get horrible headaches if I miss it, so I avoid caffeine.

I've been doing this for 4.5 years and it is like I am a decade younger.

I tend to agree with your assessment. I was really disappointed to hear that Vivek was pushing tracking our medical data on the government because he has said a lot of good things. I shouldn't be surprised when a politician pretends to be something he is not. Although DeSantis has been good recently, I don't remember him being particularly liberty friendly or good in other ways until he started copying Governor Noem of SD. He also has a lot of Bush people funding his campaign, which concerns me. He isn't acting like a warmonger, especially compared to someone like Haley, but I still think he would be too likely to be pro-war. I like him better as a governor where he doesn't get to deal with international policy.
