1. Take white fish fillets and cut them into cubes as big as chicken nuggets.
2. Put them in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. After seasoning, pour over the fish enough corn meal to coat them in it.
4. Deep fry the fish cubes for ~3-5 minutes (depends on thickness).
