12 months or so of quiet accumulation and then 18 months or so of "Bitcoin to the moon" This hype tends to follow the "Bitcoin halving" which happened last Friday
I have been pondering the last Bitcoin hype cycle when at the same stage four years ago governments printed up $billions for Covid relief. I wondered if they would supply a similar boost for this hype cycle.

Thank for replying, sorry about the delay in replying , my only excuse is that I'm approaching 68 and I have struggled to sort out a Nostr client on my phone but hopefully am there now. I wish I had put in similar energy to a BTC wallet when I first discovered Bitcoin🙂
Yes, I was just throwing out the idea about a decentralised Wikileaks. I sometimes do wonder if the decentralised world will be everything that advocates dream about.
The alternative to Wikileaks is not the CNN topped up with ex CIA spooks or the Guardian simping to the D-notice committee¹. The alternative is likely to be an autonomous AI bot built upon a decentralised messaging and file system. A system without a figure such as Julian Assange for governments to try and destroy. No vulnerable human to provide an attack vector.
