My Amethyst app size has gone up to 1.5 Gb after latest update, any idea why the app is getting so big?
Or maybe any plans in future updates that can scale down the app size?
Nostr Idea: Disappearing Notes
1. If a relay can be set up that wipes out particular events like notes in X period (say 1 month) of time, it increases privacy on Nostr.
2. As it's not a blockchain any post shouldn't be there forever. Just like Telegram or Signal, having the option of disappearing messages (notes) will be a great feature.
3. This also makes that relay efficient as all old notes is wiped out periodically keeping the total size of relay limited enough so it becomes more cost efficient.

Am not seeing notes preview, I have to click it and it goes to the post/comment.
Would be great if notes link when shared I can see directly, kinda like when a tweet link is shared.

Amethyst v0.15.1: Zaps
Few Things first:
1. This is an early release. You can send and receive zaps with a fixed amount (1000 sats) and see those received zaps in user's profile and in your notifications. Sending is a bit too slow. More options will be coming.
2. The receiver MUST use Zap-supported lightning address setup to work. Otherwise, you would just send a lightning tip and the amount will not update on the screen.
3. The only lightning service that seems to be easily compatible with Zaps is https://strike.army You can connect your Strike wallet there and they will manage the Zap reply in Nostr for you. Your lightning address will look like user@strike.army
