Coming to work in #Bitcoin is humbling.

In my last job and role I made more money than most doctors. I did sales and marketing.

Took home often $10,000 - $15,000 every single paycheck, this is AFTER TAXES.

Now It is 50-60% Less than this.

I chose to leave a fiat job which paid enough for me to take care of two families, to join a Bitcoin company, make less, take a 2x higher mortgage rate, into wild inflation, and everything else you all know about broken money.

Funny thing though.

You don't need $250,000 paychecks to be happy. I am often more happy now making less because my job has far more purpose compared to prior.

I find so much joy in working on Voltage, and making an impact for Bitcoin. Yes, there are many challenges and frustrations. But knowing what we do makes Bitcoin stronger, more resilient, and gives the world financial infrastructure of the future makes every single morning so fucking awesome.
