I'd like to know too. Since Plebstr closed down I have been using Primal, but I despise the wallet connection options. I have tried Amethyst before but the UI is so bad, I can't force myself to use it. I have been on the lookout for a decent android client.

IDK, it works for me really well. It raises emotions and you do have to deal with that, but with that emotional stake there also comes interest.

You can't really talk about anarchism or liberty with someone who just wants to drink his beer and relax and view you as a nuisance who prevents them from relaxing, because you are pushing too complex thoughts on them.

On the other hand if you get them emotional, they are way more likely to engage in the debate. You just have to work with that well.

That's (a part of) why I focus on economic issues almost exclusively.

I believe we all should focus on them more. They are way less polarizing among libertarians, nobody really offers anything even remotely similar, so it may look very fresh and most importantly it's easier to distinguish good from bad, as it's way less about personal beliefs, which will inevitably vary greatly among libertarians.

That's likely because of location. Am I correct in assuming, that you are an American?

Most American libertarians I know tend to mix in a lot of conservative thoughts and are ok with using the state to enforce that.

On the other hand in Europe, most libertarians I know tend to do the same but with progressive thoughts.

Personally I tend to not bother with social issues at all. If we focused more on the economic issues, which we agree on way more across the libertarian spectrum and where we offer the thing nobody else offers and which is actually desperately needed, I believe we'd be much further in spreading the message of liberty.

Happy Killdozer day!

What a fucking day. One release that I sacrificed my weekend to has failed, because the service owner released the wrong git branch somehow. Today's release has gone to shit too, because of a server outage.

And I spent the evening writing a seminar work for my mother, because her university wants to see bureaucratic bullshit barely applicable to her field. If I wanted to deal with university bs, I wouldn't drop out after (local equivalent of) middle school.

Hope Nostriches had a better day, than I had.
