Looking at the internet for some healthy ideas for breakfast. Since I'm still recovering from my cirurgy I can't workout at least for a month which is bothering more than I expected 🤔 I mean my eating habits are not bad I really have a diversified feeding but I've been here thinking how can I improve especially in these days while I' still recovering. Not only thinking about not gain weight but in overall to feel good about myself.
