Last night I decided to play a video on YT with relaxing/meditation music but... I feel asleep in a bit. And while I was sleeping I had a strange dream where everything was falling down, some sort of cataclysm and I was the there running to be safe but I couldn't actually see anything around me. So I guess that meditation is not my thing. I should had dreamt with beautifull forests and birds, flowers, waterfalls that kind of things...
