I regolatori (sia Consob che Banca d’Italia) hanno chiesto agli imprenditori cripto e ad alcuni "protagonisti della scena cripto italiana" di lanciare una cordata per acquisire The Rock Trading e, possibilmente, ripianare il buco di Bilancio.
Ametrano, Barrai, Miccoli e Zucco (in ordine alfabetico) sono i capofila di questa cordata insieme al fondo di investimento “Crystal Ball” dell’angel investor Ima Carp per salvare l’exchange più longevo della scena Bitcoin e ridare fiducia nell’imprenditoria italiana.
Il comunicato stampa uscirà oggi alle 9:30. Alle 11:30 ci sarà una conferenza stampa in streaming da Milano, Roma e Londra.
