Interesting you say this. It wasn’t our GenX or Boomer employees who wanted to wait for their unemployment benefits to run out before coming back to work, it was all millennials. Of course they wanted us to continue paying for their health insurance until the UE benefits ran out too.
My X algorithm is flooded with “UBI is the answer” posts for some reason.
Wasn’t the Covid stimulus a UBI test drive? The results I witnessed were inflation and that it killed ambition & work ethic in several of our practice employees.
