Have a fabulous weekend, everyone! I know I’m going to ✨
Welcome! Click on the purple highlighted hashtags #nostrconfessions #nostrlovr #nostrlove etc
Great week for walking #proofofwalk xo
Also follow by hashtags topics, like #bookstr #footstr #foodstr #coffeechain to find accounts that are undiscovered/ignored/not followed
These are the kinds of challenges that make life worth living. Make up your mind that you’re going to get what you want, and you will get it✨
I just can’t stop thinking about if I were to create a note on Nostr of 15K words (which is 5 chapters or one part of my LibrarianDetective.com novel). That would be crazy. Anyway, I’m offering each part of 15K words for sale, which is why it’s available via my website via lightning payments and not on here #bookstr
I’m glad things seem to be changing and you know many women who are living by themselves in Tokyo.
It’s a patriarchal society where I would not want to raise children
I know this is not the experience Nostr devs are aiming for, but you could speak to the fact that there is a lot of zapping on Nostr for casual content notes, but actually paying creators happens off the apps, in tools like ZapIt, like what I did with LibrarianDetective.com
For what it’s worth, my creator experience on Nostr has been just drawing people away to my blog, and using lightning payments from my blog.
Do you know any single women there who have their own apartment or own their apartment, without roommates? Maybe it is because of the custom of both men and women living with her parents until marriage in JP? I’ve only visited, but my sister lived there for six years.
Sorry to hear this just have to everything in my wallet. Good luck, truth and freedom will prevail
I will never be serious on social media, that’s not what I use this for
Honest to blog, I’m writing in my journal right now and then typing it into Nostr
Honestly I’m writing on Nostr atm like I’m writing in my diary, glad that I have the freedom and relative anonymity to do so, so refreshing
Luckily my tech business is remote and other income streams can be worked on from anywhere; I designed it this way about ten years ago so I could have a flexible lifestyle as a mom and wife (coming soon….)
For me, Tokyo doesn’t allow women the freedoms we’re accustomed to in the West 🤷🏻♀️
My next books are set in SF, NY, Paris, HK, Scotland, two non-fiction (location independent) and some as-yet-unidentified jungle, so I’ll be spending time in SF, NY, Paris god-willing
