Mmm im not really sure. My job is great, “nice” salary (in Argentina…), I love my girl, love my family, have some time off, do sports, eat healthy.

But some days I wake up and feel shit. I don’t want to live that day. It hurts me just to be.

It’s all in my mind, not really have a motive I think. Professional help didn’t help at all and now I just let me be sad from time to time and keep hanging in there.

I wish I had something meaningful to say to that, but I don’t. If it’s true what they say, this kind of issues are on the rise worldwide. And with each person they are slightly diferent which makes it harder to grasp.

Don’t give up, hang in there and when it strikes and you feel like it, let us know. I bet someone here is always ready to kindly send one stupid funny meme or something 🙃🔥

What brings you down?

For me it’s information (which is mostly noise and bullshit) overload.

I’m trying to cut off social media (so that I have more energy for Nostr 😁) and read the news much less. It kind of works, but there is definitely room to improve.

Meeting creative people and builders also works.
